How Volunteering Works
We are grateful for your interest in serving with The Restoration Team! Because we work on active construction sites, all volunteer participation must be coordinated with our staff team.
Step 1 — Submit a Volunteer Request
Complete the volunteer request form below to let us know you are interested in serving.
Step 2 — Staff Review
A Restoration Team staff member will review your request and check project availability.
Step 3 — Confirmation
If space is available, our team will contact you with confirmation details, including project location, start time, and what to expect.
Please Note:
Submitting a request does not confirm your volunteer date. Volunteers should only arrive on site after receiving confirmation from Restoration Team staff.
3 Ways to Volunteer!
Hi there! We look forward to you joining our home repair efforts. Volunteering with us will be fun and fulfilling - and there is no experience required. Come muck out a home, install insulation, hang drywall, or just love on a family. We need you! We offer opportunities for individual volunteers as well as mission groups - complete with volunteer lodging. We also need Welcome Hosts to show hospitality to our out-of-town volunteers! Sign up to provide a meal for a group to show how appreciative we are of them coming to Houston to serve our community.

“Second Saturdays”
Second Saturday volunteer opportunities require confirmation from The Restoration Team staff. After submitting your request, a team member will contact you with details and confirmation if space is available.
Individual Volunteers
We welcome individuals who want to serve alongside our construction team and volunteers. Opportunities may be available Monday through Saturday, depending on project needs and staff capacity. If you are interested in volunteering, please submit a volunteer request below.

Group Volunteer Requests
Do you have a church group, corporate team, school organization, or club interested in serving together?
The Restoration Team hosts group volunteer opportunities for single-day service projects and multi-day mission trips depending on project capacity and scheduling. Please submit the request form below and a Restoration Team staff member will contact you to discuss availability, project details, and scheduling options.
